บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้สอน และนักเรียนที่เกี่ยวกับการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการเรียนการสอน สาระที่ 1 การดำรงชีวิต และครอบครัว งานเกษตร (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับระบบการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สาระที่ 1 การดำรงชีวิตและครอบครัว งานเกษตร ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และ(3) สร้างระบบการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นสาระที่ 1 การดำรงชีวิตและครอบครัว งานเกษตร ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) ผู้บริหาร ครูผู้สอนงานเกษตร และนักเรียนระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 235 คน เพื่อสอบถามสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการในการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น และ (2) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 20 คน ตอบแบบสอบถาม โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้ เขียนต้นร่างระบบการเรียนการสอน และให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน ตรวจรับรองต้นแบบชิ้นงาน พร้อมทั้งประเมิน และให้ข้อเสนอแนะ เพื่อปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ได้ฉบับที่สมบูรณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระบบการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น สาระที่ 1 การดำรงชีวิต และครอบครัว งานเกษตร ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาบุรีรัมย์เขต 4 ประกอบด้วย 9 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ (1) ศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของท้องถิ่น (2) กำหนดปรัชญาและปณิธาน (3) กำหนดนโยบาย วัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมาย (4) กำหนดเนื้อหาสาระของหลักสูตร (5) วิเคราะห์และกำหนดแหล่งภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น (6) กำหนดรูปแบบและวิธีการสอน (7) ดำเนินการสอน (8) ประเมินและติดตามผล และ(9) ประกันคุณภาพ ระบบการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นได้รับการประเมิน และรับรองจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิว่าเป็นระบบที่ดีสามารถนำไปใช้ได้
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to (1) study opinions of school administrators, teachers ,and students concerning the use of local wisdom in the instruction of Substance 1: Life and Family Living, of the Agricultural Work; (2) study opinions of experts concerning the instructional system using local wisdom on Substance 1: Life and Family Living, of the Agricultural Work, for Prathom Suksa VI level; and (3) construct an instructional system using local wisdom on Substance 1: Life and Family Living, of the Agricultural Work , for Prathom Suksa VI level of school in Buriram Educational Service Area, Zone 4.
The employed research sample comprised (1) a group of 235 school administrators, agricultural work teachers, and Prathom Suksa VI students to respond to questionnaires on the condition of and needs for using local wisdom in the instructional system; and (2) a group of 20 experts to respond to questionnaires under the Delphi technique. After collecting data, the researcher utilized the collected data for drafting the prototype instructional model and then submitted to three experts for examination, ssessment, and provision of suggestions for improvement. Statisties for data analysis were the percentage, mean , standard deviation , median , and interquartile range .
Research findings revealed that the developed instructional system using local wisdom on Substance 1: Life and Family Living, of the Agricultural Work , for Prathom Suksa VI level of schools in Buriram Educational Service Area, Zone 4 consisted of nine stages as follows : (1) study of local problems and needs, (2)determination of the philosophy and aspiration, (3) determination of the policy, objectives, and goods, (4) determination of the curriculum content, (5) analysis and identification of local wisdom resources, (6)determination of the instruction model and methods, (7) teaching,(8) evaluation and follow-up, and (9) quality assurance. The developed instructional system using local wisdom was assessed and approved by experts as being a good system and feasible for implementation.
