บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 3) เพี่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน และ 4) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามขนาดโรงเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 สุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 541 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 190 คน ครูจำนวน 351 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และคำถามปลายเปิด ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของเครื่องมือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ Alpha Coefficient ของ Cronbach ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .89 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู ต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมากด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา รองลงมาคือด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติน้อยที่สุดคือด้านการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา
2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 พบว่าโดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยความคิดเห็นของครู เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 คือ ด้านบทบาทผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำและการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ตามลำดับ ส่วนด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 ที่มีขนาดต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 ที่มีขนาดต่างกัน พบว่า โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านบทบาทผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำ และการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 ส่วนด้านการนิเทศติดตามและประเมินผลหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน
ABSTRACT
The objective of this research study was (1) to study the perceptions of school administrators and teachers toward curricula of schools under the Office of Roi - Et Educational Area, Zone II (2) to compare the perceptions of school administrators and teachers toward school curricula (3) to compare the perceptions of school administrators toward school curricula according to their school sizes and (4) to compare the perceptions of teachers toward school curricula according to their school sizes.
The sample of this study was 541 school administrators and teachers of the Office of Roi – Et Educational Service Area, Zone II including; 190 school administrators and 351 teachers. The research instrument was a series of open-ended questions and five-point rating scale questionnaires. Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t – test and F – test were employed to analyze the data. The results of this study can be concluded as follows:
1. The perceptions of school administrators and teachers toward school curricula as an overall and as an individual part was at a high level of performance. The part with highest performance was curriculum development, followed by curriculum administration. The part with the least performance was curriculum supervision, monitor and evaluation.
2. Comparing the perceptions of school administrators and teachers toward school curricula, there was significant difference among their overall perceptions at the level of .05, and that the mean of school administrators higher than that of teachers’. When an individual part was considered, it was found that school administrators and teachers perceived the curricula significantly different at the level of .01 and .05 on two parts namely; the roles of stakeholders in curriculum development and curriculum supervision, monitor and evaluation respectively. While on the other two parts: curriculum development and curriculum administration, no significant difference was found.
3. Comparing the perceptions of school administrators toward school curricula according to their school sizes, there was no significant difference among the overall and as an individual part perceptions of administrators who administered in schools of different sizes.
4. Comparing the perceptions of teachers toward school curriculums according to their school sizes, there was no significant difference among the overall perceptions of teachers who teached in schools of different sizes. When each individual part was considered, it was found that teachers perceived the school curricula significantly different at the level of .05 in three parts : curriculum development, curriculum administration and the roles of stakeholders in curriculum development. While on the other part: curriculum supervision, monitor and evaluation , no significant difference was found.
